Create a smart snack plan on the go. Tune out the noise of diets and macro/calorie counting for a whole foods focused simpler approach to food.
Fuel your body well
Move & Rest your body intentionally
Create a routine that works for your life, incorporating cortisol lowering, muscle protecting movement. Understand the harm of overdoing it, and why rest is key for your HPA axis and hormone health.
Set boundaries to protect your peace
Inventory + inquiry into energy leaks and triggers, practicing feeling safe in your body. Using Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA) to map out energy shifts and instilling micro boundaries to honour shifting capacities.
Claim your joy and find your fire again
Inquiry process to remember what’s lain dormant and long forgotten. Create mindset shifts around pleasure and ways to romanticize the everyday to keep a connection to your inner self alive.
